Bought a frame @ Sprouts Place Jeep Parts in Hopwood PA today.
and they're saving as many bolts as they can for me too.

Indeed it is in showroom condition or damn near it. now please weigh in and suggest the best way to keep it rust free.

take care of the inside

check any areas where moisture can collect and make drain holes. Then spray the inside of the frame good with a rust preventative.. Then you will have to watch the frame periodically to make sure the drain holes are open.

The outside, just protect with POR. Make sure to address all the other items such as axle housing, small items like brakeline mounts, etc.

Sand Blasted and Epoxied the frame. But these frames rust from the inside out. Thanks to a Ibuildembig for referring me to Eastwood. Here's a $20 spray can with applicator ( 2 ft) hose that is specifically designed to stop rust from the inside out. Here's the link. product # 12515-z

I have used Eastwoods sprays and other on the inside of frames... Works really good... on the outside I have used POR-15 and its topcoat.... Even sprayed the underbelly of the jeep with the por-15. I have no intention of having rust.
