I wouldn't take out your sway bar or disconnect your sway bar links unless your going to go horsing around in the woods. A lot of people take out the rear bar because sometimes it just rots off or they are bored and want to work on their Jeep.

normally i use the yj only in offroad tracks, in my town normally mountain roads are in very bad condition and have very muddy surfaces, i read that taking out the trackbars and making way bar quick disconnects would make my yj have a better and more flexible suspension, but it wolud affectother things in bad ways?

Just curious, Why do some ppl say it may not be a good idea to remove these if its a spring over axle.? When i did my soa the track bars were to short to put back in without making new brackets so i just did away with them and has been that way for 8-9 years. I still have the sway bar but gonna take it off tomorrow and see how it rides. Mine is just a woods toy so VERY LITTLE road time. Great site by the way...
