wiper arms

Anyone ever change out the wiper arms on their YJ. I cant even see where to start. Thanks

I think I pried mine up with a set of channel locks with a rag between the channel locks and the windshield frame.

they're tough sometimes. if you are also replacing the blades, go 1" longer for more clear windshield space. you'd be surprised at how much more space you get cleared of rain and snow.

There is a small hole right at the hinge on the arm. Pull the wiper off the windshield, stick something like a 4 penny nail or awl in the hole, and the arm should pop right off. Right on about the 1" bigger blade, it does work much better.
