Wiper power

I need some help!! My wipers just quit working. Turn signals work fine at the switch. I do NOT hear the wiper motor trying to work so I'm guessing it's a power issue but can't find a fuse for it. Is it inline?? Also, does that wiper switch/relay under the dash tend to go bad ?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys
