WTB extended brake lines

is there a good but reasonable source for extended brake lines? what are y'all doing to cope with increased travel? just relocate the brackets or go with new rubber lines.

someone told me using my brake lines as limiting straps was a bad....i had no idea

I don't know about reasonable, but Quadratec has the nice colored ones that are steal braided. They also carry just plain braided lines. We had a line rupture at Moab, and the local parts store had the extended steel braided lines, where the 4X4 stores did not have them.........that was weird.

I am running the Rubicon Express extended steel braided lines. I like them and haven't had any issues in 2.5 years.

Crown Industrial makes the extended brake lines for many high-end lift companies. In my opinion, they are the best ones available. They are also the most reasonably priced. Here is a selection of their Jeep Wrangler YJ Extended Brake Lines. If you use "FORUM" at checkout, you will get an additional 10% Off your order.
