Yj body/electrical w/CJ350/T-4/D300/D30 front/AMC 20 rear. I have a bunch of ?s

Yeah I know the title doesnt make much sense but didnt know how to word it. I have a 89 YJ w/ the crappy 2.5. The engine is about shot. Tranny is about shot. I recently picked up a CJ frame( We will just say frame for the purposes of not being much body left and the frame not far behind) with a 350(i thought it was a 360 but dist is in rear), '84 Borg Warner T-4,D300 transfer, AMC 20 rear, D30 front. For obvious reasons and from gathering info from random sites and forums,i want to off load my ticking time bomb of a 4 banger. What will swap(ie;rears, leafs, etc.)? And if it were to happen, I understand the wiring for the most. How or what do you wire the fuse box up to in order to keep the normal things like wipers and lights? Sorry,I am a newb when it comes to jeeps although GOOGLE is a awesome thing. Thanks!

I do know that the springs will not be interchangeable. CJ springs are a lot skinnier and weaker than YJ's.
