I just received a brake line kit that I ordered earlier this week and will be replacing all of my hard lines this weekend. I discovered a leak in the rear driver's side line last weekend, and decided that since my YJ was 18 years old, I would replace them all.
I ordered the Omix-Ada kit (pre-shaped with fittings) on amazon and I received it within 5 days. My first impression of the tubing and fittings is pretty good, but we'll see how everything fits before I form my final opinion.
I'll post pictures of the kit and my progress of installation if anyone is interested.
Brachilius, I read your build post and noticed that you had the same kit. It installs pretty easy, just a little coaxing to get them to fit. With the new lines and fresh fluid, it stops much better than before. I'm quite happy with the results.
I just wanted to add that this whole project started because my brakes were 'spongy' and I wanted to bleed the system to see if that would help. Then I discovered that there was a leak in one of the lines and you all know how a simple project always progresses - that's half the fun. Anyway, now that the lines are good, and I bled the system until the fluid ran clean, my stopping power is incredible - I almost put my passenger through the windshield! Next, I need to put in some grab handles.
