YJ clicking near/in fuse box

My 91 YJ started clicking in or near the fuse box and my drivers side signals started malfunctioning. Sometimes they work and the clicking stops, but for the most part it starts clicking when I start it up or hit the turn signal. Any ideas?

Go to the parts store and get a new flasher. Should only be $5-$10 and is located somewhere near the fuse box. The filaments get weak in them and can start shorting out over time.

the flasher mods are the silver cans at the top of the fuse block.

Thanks! All this is very helpful. I did not get a chance to get to it this weekend, but will soon.

if its not your flasher, its a bad bulb make sure and walk around the jeep with each signal on and ensure all bulbs are working. If one shorts out, it could also cause that.
