YJ Door issues

I have a 89 YJ with hardtop and full hard doors. The door is off alittle and lets in a lot of water when rains and it is hitting the side of hardtop and cracking the fiberglass. How do I fix this door issue?

Is the hinge tweaked? Or the frame around the window? Is the weather strip hitting?

Soon as the door is fixed I'd do something about that crack.

The hinges are adjustable, along with the striker pin for the door.

From the damage in the pic, I would say that you need to adjust the windshield frame back a little, which will make the hard top line up better with the door. Doesn't have to be very much, 1/8" to a 1/4" will make a world of difference.
