YJ Leak Problem

I have a 90 YJ that did not used to leak at all. I installed KC HiLites on the windshield hinges and it now leaks on the passenger and driver side. However, it only leaks when you are driving down the road. Does anybody know why this might be?

Where'd you run the wires through?

Replace the cowl seal. Its between the windshield frame and the top of the cowl. If you laid the windshield forward to do the lights or run the wiring then you disturbed the seal.

Or it could just be a coincidence that the leak started after you mounted the lights. But the cowl seal is what the problem is. Only thing it can be.

The wires are run through the cowl seal, I'm going to put some silicon on it where the wires go in and see if they truly are the problem
