My 89 with just over 75k miles but new MC2100 carb just averaged 18.2 on a 1500 mile round trip Boston to OBX. Last trip was averaging just over 13 mpg with the craptastic carter.

93 yj

I have a 1993 YJ. Second owner. Bought around 98 with 50,000 miles on it. Just turned 154,000. Original 2.5L w/AX5 w/np231. See Jeep profile for mods. Oh, didn't mention, It runs great. Off to Evans Creek ORV Park to play in the snow. Meeting some club members up there for one of our "shake-down" runs. See if anything breaks, I'm still close to home.

I just got into a'95YJ 3 weeks ago,119k. My 1st Jeep, it has a 4" lift,4:10 gears. I do need tires, it came with 31" street tires. Never been off road until last week. I had to introduce it to the desert. Just been trying to work some bugs out so far, nothing major.

Yep. I like to keep it under 65, but can do 75 without too many problems.
