YJ spring rates

I did some searching around for this but I'm still lost. Here in the next few weeks I'm going to 4 link my YJ front and rear. My question lies in the spring rates for the suspension. I'm going to go with the RS9000XL coil overs from Rancho which has a dual rate spring. I found a few calculators and such and they were asking for sprung weight and a few dimensions... I'll be honest you might as well write that in a foreign language because that's what it is to me.

Here is the link to the website.
Rancho Suspension: Shocks » Pro Series Coil Over

Can someone tell me what I'm looking for?
The Jeep has a 350 swap with an sm465 and np205
35" mtz's
tri-4 link front and rear

Oh and before any decides to rag on me I doing all the research I can so when it comes time for me to do the suspension I'll be ready... beside how am I gonna learn if I don't do it?

Thanks!
Braden
