get some mirrors that fit into the door hinges. look around, you'll find them. as for the windshield being down.................the operative word is SHIELD. there are always jokes about bugs in your teeth how about rocks in your eyeballs? all it takes is for the guy in front of you to kick one up.oops there goes another eyeball. not a lecture, just my thoughts.

I don't run a windshield, because mine is a trail only rig and I don't drive it on the road at all. I wouldn't suggest street driving with no windshield even with goggles. Just too much shit that can hit you in the face.

As for taking it down, no it's not a pain. There is a bracket on either side of the dash that bolts the winshield to the tub. Remove those bolts and it will fold right down.

do you have a full roll cage? if not than you'll need to remove the part of the roll bar that goes from the rear hoop to the windshield. then all you should have to do remove the torx screws on the and fold it down. btw, i agree with all the guys that say not to drive w/ the windshield down. off road is ok, but on road is too dangerous for me, i like having all of my eyeballs and teeth .

Your forgetting he will have to remove the upper cage bars between the windshield and the main part of the cage. The back 2 bolts are a pain. They are a torx T-55 with the safety post in the middle of it. Gay. I drilled the post in the middle out used just a regular T-55. You can fold the windshield down without removing those bars but it looks retarded. And I would agree with everyone else. For offroad use only.

take a largr wing nut and weld it to one of the torx screws and it'll be a little less time consuming to put the windshield up and down

Jack, I've got to disagree. You forgot about the sport bar extensions. Two or three more torx bolts for the bars plus then you have to decide if you like the look ofthe two extensions sitting there like antlers or not. Tnen the additional torx bolts at the hinges. PITA!
