Talking 2007 Palo Duro JJUSA Who is going?

Okay we know the Texas Spur is a sell out now it's time to start working on selling out spots for the other Texas Jeep Jamboree just south of Amarillo TX.

The views are awesome the trails “kick butt” but the Food and Texas Hospitality are also unforgettable. If you want a wonderful Jeep Jamboree experience this is one you defiantly want to look into. There has to be a reason this Jeep Jamboree has been around for 18 years…. Find our why, for yourself.

I plan to be there with Rachel Bruner (Palo Duro JJUSA Three Timer) and our Newest Team JeepTales Member Joe Behl (Palo Duro JJUSA, Two Timer). I know I can count on Scout to be there since he it is in his back yard.

Who else wants to make this trip with me?

The Palo Duro Trip...

IKWYM

The Palo Duro JJUSA is an 11 hour drive for me and that is still in the same state.

But it is worth the trip.

A friend of mine wants me to go the St Francisville LA. for the JJUSA the week befor but there is no way I can make two 600 mile trips to go Jeeping on back to back weekends.

As it is; everyone thinks I'm nutts for making as many trips as I do now.

Extra Seat

I'm not sure if I will have a rider yet or not but you can ride with me too if you want to make the trip.

We have an extra tent and camping gear so if you need it I can hook you up wiht what ever you might need.

I'll plan on packlig my big Three Room Tent and an extra one just incase you need one.

I'm sure you would ont want to fly with Camping Gear so let me know and I'll bring what ever you might need.

Hey Greg, I booked my motel today for Amarillo. I made the mistake last year of trying to out smart the jamboree by staying in Canyon. I decided this year I'd bite the bullet and stay where JJUSA recommends. So...I booked the "Ritz" Airport Plaza. If you get some time go online and read some of the reviews for this place as it's quite humorous. "Crack House", "Prostitutes at the Check-In Desk" are just some of the comments made. Is there any chance we can talk JJUSA into something nicer for next year? Well that is if we make it outa that place alive THIS year.

Amarillo!

I worked in Amarillo for a year!

If you plan to stay in a hotel room we can visit in Llano and I'll give you a few options.

You know in all the years I have been going to Jeep Jamborees I have never stayed in a hotel... It's not that I'm tough guy; I'm just cheep!

I'm ready to roll!

Now that the Texas Spur JJUSA is behind me I'm ready to pack my bags and hit the road for Amarillo!

Besides Scout is anyone else going to make this trip?

Smile I just called Shannon @ JJUSA

Well I just got the Numbers through Last Friday.

Last yere there was 107 Jeeps in Palo Duro.

As of last Friday there were 101 Registared.

So it looks like Palo Duro JJUSA 2007 will Out-Sell the numbers they did last year.

It's good to see they will have a stong attendance even after the fire from last year.
