Adjustable track bar

I Have a stock tj with 31" tires will an adjustable quick release trackbar help a lot on the trails

Disconnecting the sway bar makes the difference. Leave the trac bar there. It helps to keep the axle under the jeep. If the trac bar is not there the only thing keeping the axle there would be the control arms which would now have a greater chance of bending.

Antirock by currie is pretty much the best for sway bar disconnecting.
