nycom,
I live in NY but am currently in TX for a few more weeks doing some work. I live in Sullivan county. I frequently go the hudson valley. I grew up in Cornwall. I would like to know where is a good spot to go jeeping? I am still new to this whole jeeping thing. are there Some intro trails around for me to practice on or were you looking for a more challenging trail?
Cheers,
Bern

Cant find many places here. I figured you'd have more up your way then us. It's so over developed here now. I think theres a couple trails in Monticello, but not positive. I'll check on it.

Hey, how ya liking the bumper? I gotta see how it looks in the daylight.

I am sure there is plenty, I just moved up here a few years ago. There is a motocross track not far from me. I know there is a 4wd club, I think it meets in Poughkeepsie. www.hv4w.org. I have been away working when ever a meeting has taken place so I can not give you any details or other info. but once my neighbor comes back from over seas I was gonna ask if I coould just take a spin on his back 40 acres. He has tons of trails blazed for the quads in summer and snow mobiles in winter. yea I grew up in Cornwall back when we could shoot guns inthe back yard ride our dirtbikes along the NY aquaduct. It was sweet1 only thing to worry was the farmers property youcut across, I never was shot at with rock salt but have heard it was the preffered method of controlling delinquent teens
Cheers,
Bern

Roger that. Been hit with a few pepper guns in the past. My brother just picked up some land in Pine Bush so hopefully he dont put his horses out there cuz I'm gonna make a nice mud hole back there. I'll keep in touch. Liberty aint that far away.
