A friend of ours, in the yellow Rubicon Unlimited, just had a 5.5 Clayton long arm installed and was itching to get it on the trails....went to Paragon and ran low blacks. I struggled in a few places, but was able to keep up......without being winched

Wow...........your getting pretty serious about your wheeling. You did this without lockers? Looks like you had a blast. You keep this up, and you will be able to go out to Phoenix, and spank those guys...........

I know yall are thinking we never work. We drove to Rausch Creek Sunday (after Paragon on Sat ) went out with 2 stock Rubicons....weather was great

look at this hill climb, no sweat, right?

I was the last to go up, after Frank....everyone struggled, I tried every possible line without success. Knowing how much I dispise the winch, Frank being the good husband, kept quiet and waited for me to give the go ahead. Yep, had to be pulled up....what was the name of the trail: "winch hill" of couse. But wait, I had the camera so there isn't any proof....

We're going for a long weekend of wheeling near Lake George, NY in 2 weeks. I hear the trails are pretty technical, I'm really looking forward to getting out although I may doing circles in the corn fields or getting better aqainted with the winch

pics look great. I live about 2 hours from Lake George and I can testify that the terrain is very fun for Jeeps.

Kat lookin good as always. Tell Frank to get some lockers in that thing for you. How did that thing end up with those Rubicon axles you were talking about?

I wish I was as diligent as you all are with the camera. Seems like we always go out without one or it's at night and they wouldn't turn out real well anyway.

Pics look great Kat, I wish I lived closer than 6 hours to my regular wheeling spot, then I might get out more that 5-6 times a year...

there's always a story....... the yellow Rubicon Unlimited in the first pics has my axles....the owner is in the process of building his Jeep with sponsorship. The Clayton lift was put on last week. He's as bad as me about changing his mind: keep the 44? upgrade to a 60? It depends on which day you ask him. I don't have the money right now, so it doessn't matter. He told me Saturday, let him know when I'm ready....so hopefully before the end of the year, I'll be locked with 44's.
