Fun dirt roads in san diego

Thinking of doing a nice calm run with my girl just, a simple dirt road with nice view. Any one knows a good one? Thanks

Dude, check out Anza borego desert. You can pick up a trail book or map for like $5-10 at the 4x4 shop across the street from the jeep dealer. Forget the name but the guys in there were very cool and got me started riding out there.. There's a few mines and good trails out there. Like a 45 min drive to nearest trail. I haven't been out there in like 2 years but I loved it out there. Hope that helps.

SD Easy Wheelin

Brankz,
Not sure which area of SD you heading from but the mud caves on the S2 are a nice desert scenery and super fun. They are on the Old Overland Stage Route and the easiest entrance is directly across from Stag Horn Rd. There is also the nice Mason Valley Truck Trail loop of the S2 a little further North from the Mud Caves. Mason Truck Trail meets up with a nice little fire road drive just at the bottom of Banner grade.
