In the Spring Alex Willingham got married on Jeep Jamboree weekend :bottom:"WTF".... and now you want to buy a house on Jeep Jamboree weekend for the fall?
You guys keep letting life get in the way of wheeling... HOW CAN THAT BE?
looks like im gonna be out, the seller backed out once before we could sign papers, so lets see if it sticks this time <fingers crossed> i hope it goes thru, i've hadd all the house hunting/wife fighting/etc i can stand
Hey Greg, do you have any pull at the Oxford Ranch Campground? I called to reserve an RV space and they're saying that they are not accepting reservations for the jamboree. She said they're going to "try" first come - first served this year and see how that works out. WTF? She said that in the past people were reserving spaces then not showing up. I offered to pre-pay for the space and she laughed and refused.
I reserved my space for the spring jamboree almost a year in advance and at that time all the good RV spaces were already full. If they fill up that fast then why the would they be concerned about people not showing up? Their logic of not accepting a pre-payment blows my mind.
I would guess that the jamboree would be one of their biggest camping events of the year and this isn't the way to treat the people who are spending a bunch of money with them. :9lame:
If they have one with water and electricity that would be great. The one we had in March didn't have water.
