JohnBull with tiny, Unlimited, and Double G

You knew it, I went wheeling again in Big Bear with the guys. It’s hard to keep me away from that place even with it so cold we couldn’t take the tops down. Morning started out meeting in Fawnskin as usual.

We discussed, introduced ourselves to those we hadn’t met before and headed out. Double G rode in front of me, which by the way makes it hard for me to pick lines because I have this terrible need to follow his. Ego. Rob, one of G-man’s buddies, led the way in front of him.

Behind me was our own Unlimited (freaking finally got him out ), Randy and his boy in a kickin’ Landcruiser (shhhhhh, I know it’s not a jeep) and Brad in a big red TJ. (Hope I got everyone’s names right Double G).

We ran two trails I’d done before, however we ran them the opposite direction. Gene (that would be Double G) and I discussed later at dinner that we though they were harder that way.

Wait..... there's more.....

Brian spent part of the day spotting me since once again my rig paled in comparison to the rest of the gang....

Oh.. and Gene spotted me too... by the way, I kissed that tree real nice on the way up.

Gene however tiptoed through...

And, a Boys will by Boys picture of Rob conquering a fallen tree...

And the results entertained us all...

One of the areas I don't even remember going up, but going down those rocks was interesting to say the least...

And finally, where our minor trouble for the day began...

We didn't know it then, but this very entertaining show resulted about an hour later in this.....

But they guys jumped in and got it fixed...

While they were fixing the Landcruiser up a few other rigs rolled past us on the trail and eventually we watched a Toy get itself hung up. Gene was the man of the day, his use unquestioned though we did give him a lot of trouble on the CBs later anyways....

You can't help but grin ear to ear when you're the guy pulling everyone out sticky situations.....

Of course, I didn't have to strap anyone out to be smiling all day...

Thanks guys, it was a great day!! I've run JohnBull the other way too Rawk, it's harder this way I thought.

There's this cool place on Gold Mountain that's a slide area..

There's several paths through it and the shale moves as you drive. Very unnerving.... plus it sounds like you're driving on bones

In Holcomb Creek (which is closed now due to a fire) there's muddy rocks. There's where the real fun is I'm going to miss that trail.

Tiny,I'm glad you got out and had good time, hope your cold gets better soon,my problem is all the clubs around me are atleast 60 miles away from me and it makes it hard to attend meetings and to go wheeling to.There is a Orv park near me,again about sixty miles away! I'll post the orv park closest to me for y'all to check out.Ev is in the middle of nowhereAnd Tiny you know Ev says Holler here is the link to the nearest orv park to me www.gulchesorvpark.com

Nice work this weekend TT. Way better than the parade I had to get my junk all shined up for.

The WF Local forums will be back up shortly. We are planning some majore infrastructure changes and will be putting everything back to the way it was previously.

Yeah, don't worry I was pissed too. I was really hoping that it would fall thru for us and I'd get to go scout a new area with the boys.
