Enjoy

That was great!!! I want to see more. You guy's made that look easy.

Was Tony from Gen Right dusting his YJ off, I saw him dust off a couple of time in Logandale trying to keep that paint job new.

No he did not pull out the duster and tried to hide it as we gave a such a hard time about dusting it off before he could even think about it
Jim
BTW Tony is a great guy and a lot of fun to wheel and camp with all weekend.

Im gonna show my 'wheelin noobness now':
Is this just a glamor shot or could you really get up there from that angle?
Does the stock I6 motor give you enough power to haul the weight up a step like this??

Yes he actually got up that, and he has a 4cyl...

The power of re-gearing your axles means everything!

Smeg, not you too. Come on, that is the real stuff, with the right kind of equipment, meaning gears. Not for the average mall crawler, that is for sure.

Great Pictures !!!

Like the others have said, Its all about gearing in your axles as well as your transfercase gearing. I have 4 cylinder running 513 gears and the Atlas 4.3, and I installed a auto trannie. The thing crawls with the best of them, But, it does not have the crazy wheel speed that the big V-8s do, but I have not ran into anything yet where my wheel speed hampers me. ( I am sure I will find it soon though ) Proper gearing is your best friend.

I have found you only need HP if you are mudd bogging. For rock crawling its all about slow and steady.

HA, Joe isn't allowed to have anything more than the 4 Cyl pushing his junk. Otherwise it'd be DANGEROUS for all of us involved.

61 pure roaring horsepower to the rear wheels of Joe's TJ means 6.38 gearing if I'm remembering correctly.

Oh, and we try to never just taking "Poser" shots when we are wheeling. They just end up that way because the people that take pictures for us are damn good.

Are you getting little sensitive Jack?
First you do not like the Die Hard Videos as they show body damage and that you like the STRAP!!!
Next we show JV videos that you are not in and you do not like that????
What are we to do to make you happy????
Should we all stay at home so you do not feel left out!
Tiny I think Jack needs a time out. Can you help him out with that?

All I hear is blah blah blah from you. You sound like my dad. I better not start hearing how "disapointed" you are in me.

Another video you should check out is Mr. Cliffords, he's got some awesome video of Him & Duke going almost straight up a rock wall! Granted, some of his is the power of his V-8, but his junk is BUILT right!

sometimes I wonder if Cliffords jeep belongs more in a museum than on the trails. I think I've seen maybe one scratch on it? Come on, hit it with a hammer at least. lol.
