Ok guys last trip was fun, Monday pissed me off but ehh what can ya do. Old man river was not up for it lol dave!
Things we are going to stress-
1- Tow points-- if you don't have tow points front and rear Don't bother. Yes matt we made your's work but if you noticed the clips were also shot after I tugged on you a few times.
2- We need cb radios, When there was the back up at the bottom of that hill. Dave almost hit Craig due to not knowing he was not at the bottom if it on the other side. I stopped up on top of it and watched for 10-15mins. So communicationis a must.
3- We will travel as a GROUP!!!! If somebody is going slower then the rest slow down for them. I got left behind because I didn't feel like doing 30 mph in the beat to hells sand section and getting bounced around. Get down in the dunes fine haul ass but not where we are running a ridge with paths coming up each side. To many quads and stuff out there to be doing that were they could swipe you not knowing you were there.
4- Communication before the trip. Who is bringing what, IF we can I would like to meet up with the guys from the north on like 41. and everybody travel together so if there is a problem more people there to help fix it.
5- Being ready to wheel when the park opens even better yet doing your part on the cooking too. You want breakfast help and make it!!! No getting up right when food is ready lol Brandon!!!
I think it would be more fun this way, also what we do is dangerous. I would rather have the tow points and radios and never have to use them. Then not have them and really need them for a emergancy. I think this will help us all get back in one piece too.
BTW If you get tow points but can't figure out where to put them or how to ask we can help you out. Along with when you get down there check over each others rigs to make sure they are ok to run (tow points tight nothing broken that needs to be fixed.) Wheel and have fun be safeunk:
