katemcy rocks

me and a buddy went to Katemcy rocks this weekend. it was his maiden voyage for his ramcharger (which did pretty damn good). i took my dad along too. we had a blast. i had to do a quick trail repair on my front locker, and killed my steering stabilizer, but aside from that, everything went well. also, for anyone who read my prior thread, the new axle did great on the trailer . we got 10mpg pulling both the yj and his ramcharger on the trailer, so it was trial by fire for it. the trailer grossed out around 12k lbs

anyway, as usual, i have only a few pics. enjoy

Great pics!

How was it out there? Do they have a place to camp? It looks exactly like Llano.

Yeah that's sounds like that would be the place to go. We need to hook up again sometime and make a run out there. I can sleep in a tent.

Did you have to reserve your trail days or are they pretty much open all the time?
