Exclamation Looking for off road trails and mud holes in Mass? Any ideas?

I am searching for some good off road trail and/or mud holes in Mass for when the weather thaws. Does anybody know of any they can share? I live in the South Shore, would be great to find something near, but anywhere in Mass would be great.

Thanks!

Trails in New England are not easy to find - as most are privately owned, or government owned. Any public trails in the area are well kept secrets - and most other people will remind you of the following...

The best way to find trails in MA and surrounding, is to join a club.

Fessenden Hill Rd
Townsend‎ Massachusetts‎ 01469

Starts off with about 1/4 paved rd then turns into trails. Just gotta watch out for hunters in the fall.

If your into geocaching there's a fun multi cache in there too
