Lightbulb Mark your calendars for the 2007 Texas Spur JJUSA…

Tuesday Night when I was at the S.A.J.E. meeting showing off the new JK I was seated next to one of my best Jeepin’ Friends Mr. Tony Winkler. Tony and his wife Nancy are the area coordinators for the Texas Spur Jeep Jamboree.

As Tony and chatted about 2007 Jeep Jamboree Date he let me in on a little secrete the Date is now locked in for the Llano, Texas Jeep Jamboree. I have already reserved and paid for our RV Spot #1 at the Oxford Campground so don’t get any ideas…

The event will be held the Third Weekend of March check in Thursday March 21st and the Event will run Friday March 22nd & 23rd we will say our goodbyes on Sunday AM after breakfast.

Don’t try to call or email the Jeep Jamboree office because they will not accept your reservation until December 1st actually the Server will start taking your online reservations midnight EST on November 30th. I’m only letting you know thins in advance because this will be the last weekend of Spring Break so a lot of you will need to make vacation or work plans early.

I have made a prediction that this Jeep Jamboree will sell out by Christmas Day; does anyone want to take that bet?

Here are links to a few pics from the last two years

NOW: Who’s going to join me?

You can count me in Greg! It'll be my first time to Llano but it sounds like a blast.

Any word on Palo Duro? We had a blast last year and would love to come again in 07. Just wondering if the fires back in May will have anything to do with the 07 schedule.

I just sent Skip an email I'll let you know when I know.

Chesk out a few of the PodCast from the 2005 Texas Spur Jeep Jamboree and listen to what the folks who were there had to say about this Venue.

I know you will love Llano.

When you sign up please let JJUSA you heard about this event from JeepTales.com

Tell Skip I said hello. He was a great trail guide and they put on one hell of an event last year.

I'd appreciate if you let me know. I'm in the same business you're in so making plans for things like this always take lots of advance notice. Hopefully it won't be at the end of the month?!?!
