Mineral Bottom Moab to be repared

Mineral Bottom Road reconstruction contract was awarded on Dec 2 to KSUE of Moab and will begin on Dec 13th! Construction is expected to continue through Spring 2011. Great News for all the Canoers and 4-wheelers and bikers!
This year the switchbacks were wiped out by a rock slide see the following pic's & read more on the area here; White Rim Trail | Utah.com

That's great news Julie. Maybe they'll have it repaired by the time I get out there.

I'm so glad it's gonna be fixed!! I've taken that trail from the top and from the bottom and I'm still undecided which I like better. As long as it's open for the WF Moab trip I'm good!! ;-)
