well, i had a blast! my jeep did great! it was my jeep and a 95 ZJ with a 2 inch lift and brand new timberlin M/Ts tires. that thing did a great job too. we both pulled each other out twice..he got into the worst position as you will see in one of the pics and a video. he was turning around to follow me and didnt look to see what was behind him bc he saw in his mirror there were no trees so he thought he was clear. well, there was a monster hole that he didnt see. his left rear tire dropped into it and brought his right front about 2.5-3 feet in the air...damn near rolling him. it was nuts.
and on the way there, i really felt bad for a guy that was going. we had a much larger group going, but something happened on the way there. we had a tow rig go that was a 1995 or so F-250. he was towing a large 20 foot trailer with a lifted YJ and a stock zuki sami. we drove 100 miles and were not even five miles from haspin, and the tranny on the ford blew up. the ZJ driver pulled the entire rig, about 17000 pounds of vehicle, up a small hill and over onto the shoulder of the road. well, they unloaded the YJ and sami, and a few went in the YJ and went back to get the guys ford F-550 to come back and tow the tow rig home. so only half of us went the rest of the way to haspin until they got backa few hrs later, then we all called it a day.
also, thanxs to a guy in my club, we traded wheels and tires, and these tires did so much better then my other tires would have. i loved them. and they look better too
heres where the ZJ pulled the ford and its load to rest for a while
heres my jeep just chilling with the new to me tires and wheels
i tried to turn around here and got stuck. i ran the tail pipe into the ground there and broke an exhaust hanger. no biggy
heres how my friends ZJ looked after he backed into a mud hole not knowing it was there
then later he ripped his rear bumper off so he strapped it to the roof
