Wish I could go...
the evening fireside discussions that we have are unique to say the least, but fun and hilarious no less.

it will be a blast. a bunch of us from the forum go up there once a month and it is always great fun. it doesn't matter if your jeep is stock or lifted, there are trails for everyone.

takes me almost 4 hours to get there. Suck it up!

BTW I went there stock suspension and a few others have done so as well. So just incase you dont get it in by then, you should still come.

I drove 9hr's and my Jeep is stock. It was a ton of fun and I learned a lot about what my Jeep will do stock.

I am thinking about it, if I do I would need to know what I need to bring since this would be my first road trip. One other thing aside of my jeep being stock, the shocks have 50,000 miles on them.
The jeep still handles fine but it rides worse than the day I bought it so I would hope they would hold out on the trails.

im sure your shocks would be fine. My original shocks were garbage when I went the first time and they did just fine.
What to bring, you'll need camping gear. Tent, sleeping bag, cooler some food for the weekend. Also bring some basic tools, like a socket set, some wrenches, hammer, flashlight, zip ties are always a plus. You dont really need to bring too much beside your jeep and camp gear.

Thanks KBR, I will check off a maybe for now to see if I can get that time off and money for the trip and camping gear. My Cousin has all that stuff so maybe I will drag him along for the ride, he had a YJ back when he was living in Savannah and he misses having a jeep.

We still got a couple months. I am not gonna start looking for vendors for a raffle untill I know it'll be a decent size. So that there will actually be money to give to charity.
