WHAT DOES THE JAMBOREE COVER?
Your fee covers all necessary permits, experienced guides for the entire trip, three meals on both Friday and Saturday (“Just Trails” adventurers include evening meals only). NOTE: Meals vary. Regretfully, no accommodations can be made for special diets or dietary restrictions. You will have access to some of the finest trails in America — several of which are only available through this program. Each Jamboree also features a giveaway for chances to win great prizes. Sorry, no partial trips are offered or meal only options and no spectators allowed. All participants must be officially registered.
i would love to go but i just cant spare the money. Im trying to save for this lift, and some other things i may need. I'll probably hit RC sometime that month. I like the idea of the once a month trip.
While I have not been to this Jamboree I have been on about 30 of them over the years.
Lots of folks don't really know where to wheel, who to contract or how to drive off-road. The Jamboree's help with all that. It gives people a chance to go on some trails(depending on the trip) that you might not have access to otherwise. It gives them a group of guides that are there to help them if they need it. You also get to meet a whole new group of people. I know in my case I have made great friends over the years that I still jeep with to this day because we all got stuck on some trail 10 years ago on a Jamboree. Anyway, that's just my thoughts on it.

^ x2. that is the bet way to put it 4Jeepn. it's one of those things that the hubby and i do and look forward to doing every year. it is more expensive then spending a weekend up at RC, but it is worth it b/c of the friends that i have made there and the times we have while there.
