Me and a buddy were looking for a place this weekend. We're both in Langhorne/Feasterville area. I'd be ready to roll out by around 10.( taking a bus from East Carolina to philly, expect to arrive at 8)

I want to meet at Apple Pie Hill Firetower. I hear that is a good place to start. Would that work for you guys? 1 1/2 hour drive is way better than the 2 1/2 I would be looking at to make it to Raush Creek.

So are any of you in tomorrow? I might not be able to leave my place until about 11AM. I am waiting for a grease gun to arrive so I can grease my tie rods and driveshaft after some hard offroading recently before I go. I plan on being down there though by early afternoon. If you are going PM me. Thanks!

Just so you guys know, driving up to the APH fire tower is a no go these days. Used to be able to drive up there, but too many people were dropping TV's off the top and leaving their trash behind.

Also, Atsion Field on Route 206 might net you some random unexpected Jeeps. Lot of people meet up over there.

On another pines-related note, we're holding a charity scavenger hunt event for my niece starting at the Pic-A-Lilly Restaurant @ 10AM on Saturday the 27th of this month. We'll be camping out all weekend nearby and then helping out at the Pines Cleanup on Sunday the 28th. Registration in the event covers your camping, dinner after the event and a T-Shirt & decal set to commemorate the event.

Should be a family friendly good time with some seriously killer prizes. Grand prize is a 9000 pound Quadratec winch, hi-lift and a Warn recovery accessories bag courtesy of Quadratec - That's a retail value of $550 for one prize alone!

Not bad for 50 bucks!

Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

BTW: I'm just outside Philly, so if anyone wants to caravan down to the campsite on Friday the 26th, let me know! Hoping to have the PA contingent rolling strong on our way in!

Sounds like fun, but my wife is pregnant and I am on baby watch after the 20th. Wont be allowed to go more than 15 minutes away from home.

Cant that weekend, but I know a awesome place in Levittown I will be going to this weekend. Group cant go over 4 Jeeps. Place is semi legal with the most difficult trails I have ever seen. Looking for two more Jeeps right now.
