Sept 2014 1st Jeep Vacation.

We're planning our first ever Jeep vacation. Because of Timeshare restrictions, my wife is trying to book accommodations early. Where is a good, cozy, quiet place to stay in Ouray, Silverton or Telluride? Not big condo units or hotels. Maybe a cabin or someone's vacation home they rent out. I'll want to avoid weekends when groups like Jeep Jamboree will be there so if anyone knows when those types of events are scheduled, let me know. Thanks. Now hurry up Sept 11, 2013 so i can order my Jeep.

T-ride is the most expensive so I'd avoid it. Silverton is small with few options. I'd go with Ouray, nice people and they love the Jeep crowd! The Box Canyon lodge is nice, and affordable. Stayed there and was quite pleased.

We are booked in a cabin on the north side of Ouray for July 4-11. Looks nice from the pics and reviews. Was just shy of 1k for the week but with 2 couples, that's not bad. 2 bed/2 bath
