Took the JK for a stroll through the woods.

So a person I know from work had some people over for Jeeps and Guns today. She had cleared a path arround some of her property through some woods. She tried to clear it enough for my Unlimited to fit, but she wasn't sure because she has a YJ. The obsticals look alot less intimidating on the video than they did in person. Maybe it's because it's after the fact and that I made it through okay and that I'm still a newb at wheeling. That first ditch I crossed, her YJ struggled to make it up the embankment, my JK seemd to pull up with ease. Towards the end, the trail gets narrow and makes an S turn, that I sort of cheat on and go straight. Got some good articulation on the rear suspension though. I didn't realise the rear flexed that much. I was hopeing to see some good footage of the front flexing since I had the swaybar disconnected.

In retrospect the hardest part was fitting between the trees. My poor depth preception makes that challanging as you can see where I ask about a possible collision with a tree.

I made the trip doorless in the front to make my Jeep narrower, (No mirrros) and in retrospect I noticed it gave me better side visibality. The trail starts with a pretty steep hill that I come up in the begining of the video. I also did it all in 4Lo 1st gear. (Manual Transmition) I used the lockers front and rear for the ditches. Turned them off for the turns, espessly the tight ones.

Tips are always welcome
