Great videos. Yeah Custer&121 is the better area. And it looks like Rock Creek is going to be cleared in the next couple of months judging by all the survey stakes and lines they've put up.

Will my stock height w/ training wheels (29" Wrangler ST) without recovery hooks make it through these trails?

So while I was in Bridgeport this weekend, I had a chance to talk to lonestar jeep club, they mentioned that the property owner of the Frisco developments had told them on their forum to keep off. That they are trespassing. Dunno if there is anything to it, but thought I'd pass it on.

Videos looks great!

Ready to go again already. Enjoy!!!

Awesome videos! That's a good way to spend a day!

Yes I've seen 2 stock TJs with street tires run those trails

Sucks to hear that. But the Custer/121 areas not in Frisco, correct?

correct, there was an earlier post in this thread where someone knows the owner and per them the owner is ok with offroading.

No doubt that you can make it through their but definitely don't go by yourself. There is a few places in their that you could definitely get stuck in and you want to make sure someone could pull you out if need be. I run pretty much stock With 30 inch tires, but I do have one huge wench on the front just in case LOL.

Damn I need to get my clutch fixed. Looks like a lot of fun at 121 and Custer. I may wheel anyways and just hope the clutch gets me out. If it fails completely I won't be able to put off replacing it anymore, lol.

Honest question for those that have been out to rock creek or Custer/121.... we'd love to come out and play sometime, but do you think my training wheel jeep on the left will make it through either area?

Yeah I do think you'd make it. As said before 2 fairly stock TJs running street tires managed it and you've got an advantage in HP/TQ.

I'm 17 and 121 and Custer is the only place I've wheeled. I feel like if I can do it you can do it. But having someone else there too will help incase you get stuck.

Yeah. Don't wheel alone. You'll be up a creek if you get stuck and worse if you get injured.

No, I'd certainly not try to venture it alone.... but, I've been itching to get out and go. We haven't taken either of them out since we've had them.... I wanted to be sure I'd be able to make it through before I tested it though :-)

My jeep is out of commission for now. Went mudding at Bridgeport and now have electrical issues. As soon as I am up and running I'd like to revisit Custer area.

You would be surprised what a stock Jeep can do. The trails at both places are fairly easy. Never wheel alone!

My jeep is stock plus 31" tires. And I had no issues at either place or in Bridgeport :-)

@ blade,

Were you at 121/Custer this past Sunday? I thought I saw a tan Sahara TJ when I was there.

Here's my video from Sunday. I was testing out the sway bar disconnect, pretty neat tool on those mobile hills.
