It was my pleasure, I had a great time today. I am glad you all were able to pick up a couple things. The more the merrier, just give me a shout when you all hit the dirt again!

That looks like an awesome time. And what sucks, I didn't check the forum yesterday. I live at that intersection (custer & Ridgeview) I went to the store around that time...saw about 4 Jeeps at once and I was like, 'well this is odd...?' I should have known better. I literally sat on the couch and watched every college football game I could find.

Yeah, I live right there as well and stopped to get gas in my F150 on the way to bring some trash to the dump. Too bad I had a bunch of stuff to do yesterday - my 6 year old was bummed that we couldn't run home and get the jeep and join them. I said hello to the group and thought about it the rest of the day Thanks for rubbing it in with the pictures Steve - kidding, of course. Next time we'll be there.

LOL, it was good to see ya, Rhett. Too bad you couldnt ride along, it was a good group. We checked out the other side of Custer/121, not a lot there, I am guessing its one of those 'fun when muddy' places.

New ohv park in Sherman is having a free ride weekend, no charge. I am gonna drive up there Saturday morning, if anyone wants to come along and check it out. They have posted an event on FB for this. You can find it by searching Redneck Paradise Offroad Park. Post up or pm me if interested.

I too might be interested, I'm planning on going to Bridgeport with some jeep friends that day, but if things don't line up this week I'll tag along with you

Yep, I am pretty stoked about a new park. I love exploring new places in the Jeep. They have put up a couple videos on FB, looks like they have some decent obstacles and climbs. I will probably head out early, around 7. They are opening @ 8, want to hit the trails before the heat sets in.

I might be able to swing this before soccer games that afternoon.....not sure how long you're planning to be there, but I'll have to be home by lunchtime.

It is pretty much a straight shot up 75. GPS says its about an hour drive. I dont imagine I will be hanging out more than a couple hours. Here is the link to their FB info (address etc)

just wanted to let everybody know about a great product that I'm using on my Jeep as you know Jeeps do run hot and I was worried about my winch cables getting hot and melting because of the way I had to route them up to the battery.so I used polyimide tape Its a tape that's good up to 500° so I decided to wrap my relays as well because it dissipates heat too here is the link if any of you are interested you can get it here Polyimide Tape Online
