I'm trying to decide if this actually Jeep related or if it's a dirty joke.

Has anyone been to Brushy Creek east of Dallas? Just curious if it is worth the drive. Planning on camping out and apparently you can only camp on the second Saturday of the month at Bridgeport.

It's more of a atv park but they do allow jeeps and its mostly mud and a couple hills.

I have run the bfg km2, mickey thompson baja claw and nitto trails grapplers. I prefer the trail grapplers. They are heavy, but very strong and reliable thus far. Wear is pretty decent as well. I have about 17k on them so far.

I will be out there today. And there's a fence now so you go around and start on the back side of the pond. And cops don't care if you off road at Custer and 121. I have pulled out of there twice now and cops saw me and didn't care. As long as you aren't doing anything bad you are fine.

Just wanted to share,
I took my sister and Gf to the 121 & Custer trails today in my truck. THERE ARE NO SIGNS INDICATING I WAS TRESPASSING. However, Right when I pulled past the trees from the ridgeview side (parking lot furthest from 121) a squad car had a kid pulled over riding atv's. Ran my license and gave a warning. Told me to spread the word that if anyone is caught on the trails they will be given tickets. The land is owned by the city and is being sold for more apartments. Another squad car pulled in before I left. As I was exiting I got pulled over again by another cop just arriving to the trails.

DONT MUD AT 121 AND CUSTER. Cops hate fun.

P.s. They asked if we knew someone named Alec who drives the trails. If you are Alec and have drove the trails, STAY AWAY. You will be ticketed or arrested on trespassing charges

Always something, a shame that in a state so large places to ride are so slim. Cops have nothing better to do obviously.

A friend of mine and I decided to go see if we could find some off-roading areas today. I've only had it for 2 months and wanted to get it off the pavement for once. We stumbled upon a set of 'trails' out off of HWY 380 (under the bridge between Paloma Creek and Providence Village). The longer trail is on the SW side.

It's nothing serious, pretty flat, but might feed the need for some off-roading. Being a newbie, it was fun for me. There were a couple of other jeeps out there. Could be more fun/challenging after a good rain.

Attached is a map with the location, if interested.

There not much for jeeps. Unless its muddy. If you go after a good rain bring a buddy. The west side of the bridge has a trail that runs way out along the lake. Again if it has rained, expect mud. Other then that I haven't had or seen any cops harassing people.

You've been wanting to go to bport. I'm still not convinced that there is a real issue at 121 and Custer. Anybody else had any trouble over there?

I been over on the back side last couple of days this week just driving around. The hills are fenced off with irrigation control. Didn't go back there in that part.

I've been to Custer and 121 plenty of times. The field next to the closed gate is for farming, people got caught driving on it. The rest is there for jeeps and whatever else.

For me it's just easier to head up to Bridgeport. It's only a hour away straight down 380. The area is huge, trails are kept up, plenty to do for all skill levels, free air compressor on exit to top off tires, lots of great people out there, no concern of trespassing.
