Trails in (near) Connecticut ???

I will be a new Warngler Unlimited owner soon and would like to know if there are any decent trails to check out in (near) Connecticut -- I'm in Stamford, CT (South Western CT).

Thanks!

Chuck

Ct doesnt really have much to offer "legally" besides unmaintained roads. My suggestion would be to join a club that has access to private land if you really want to do some true off roading. Plus it is always a plus having local people that know Jeeps and can give a hand wrenching.

I personally suggest checking out northeastjeep.org (the club I belong to). Its a great group of people and we have several members that live down by you.

I know of a few dirt roads through the forest, but aside from that CT is a pretty baren wheeling place when your on your own.
