So what's the plan for this weekend? I've been reading slot about Selma. Who is in control of that? Would like to go down there or back to page with machetes swinging out the window while going down a trail.

MTH and Maddawg, I could meet you both for a page road expo Saturday. I think earlier in the afternoon would be good. How about we meet at the Sleep Inn there (turn right after the exit from 40 to Page Rd.) around 11am?

Good thought, I think some fun whacks with giant blades is in order. There isn't really but a few places to cut so each could just take a swing at it as we all pass.

My little one will be in tow too Maddawg. She has been asking for weeks to go bumping so it's time she came along. MTH...gather the young-ins.

Hi Jason, I'm guessing the first half of your screen name is for Kenly Fire Department? I'm right down the road from you in Pine Level. Someone was telling me about the place around buckhorn...I'd like to try that out, although I also heard there were a couple spots up there that would swallow vehicles up whole. Any truth to that?

And I "had" 33s but thought they were sucking all my power so I switched to 31s last fall, but since my tranny retired and I got a replacement, I found that it wasn't the tires, it was the weak tranny, going back to 33s a soon as these wear out, I got 4" longer springs up front and spacers in the back, that's it

Yes where the dam was, I went down and up that hill this past sat, as a matter of fact, we used to pound that trail every Sunday on fourwheelers and the land owner widened it and smoothed it a little for horseriding, only stipulation is only ride it on Sundays during hunting season

do what I do with my tires...keep them til you reach about 50% then sell, helps keep down the cost of tires. I got 3.73 gearing running 33's it's not bad, have to start out in first on grades now but thats about it as far as power goes.

So, Page Rd this Saturday huh? How are the trails out there? I'm not interested in mud at all. Just some good trail riding to pop my offroading cherry (and my bone stock jeep's as well. Poor thing hasn't ever even been put into 4wd.).
