I personally will have to witness that to believe it.

The light rain we're getting has made a mess of my rig!

Sorry I missed you getting stuck. We went down to the other parts of the trail and messed around there while everyone was near the lake. That area was way to soupy for me that day. I did see the video of Jarhead falling into the mud....man that had to have been some cold dirt!

Just saw this! Keep in touch. I live near Greenville but grew up in Holly Springs and went to FV for middle and high school. I used to wear out the trails near the power lines at Sharon Harris back in the old days...although I hear they have shut most of that down. Anyway, I would love to come up and wheel with you guys one weekend! Thomas

I will definitely be there this time, but I also don't like dragging through the mud too much

We've got a big ole deathtrap that they call a pipe Bender at work but I try my best to stay away from it!! But one of our draftsman has one at home that he used to build a whole LT1 powered buggy a couple years ago. Ive never did alot of pipe rolling/bending. Sheetmetal/plate/welding is more my speed

Atleast 10 gauge (.135) or 3/16ths, mine are 11 gauge (.125) but they'll never see a rock because I have tube steps

We hope everyone has a very merry christmas and a happy new year. I will join you guys out at page road the next run. I got a winch for my birthday, so if I can manage to get it installed I will be happy to test it out (Rick will no doubt find a wicked hole to get stuck in). LOL. I cleaned shop before I moved here so I am working with a very basic tool set, so no telling how soon I will get this thing on and operational.

The winch I got came as a kit, however the mounting plate will need some modification to fit my stock bumper.
