ugh...I'm jealous. I love not filling up 2x a week but I think I miss getting in my jeep every day and seeing those sick treads in my rear view mirror.
Well, I have to get tires...the tread is really low on the current ones. I wanted to be able to move up to 35" MTs when these wore out, but the regearing is not in the current Jeep mod account. I am compromising and putting the Mts on her, but staying on 33s until I can afford the regearing to be done right.
My girl may have had her first yank outta the mud help, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. I don't drive all the way down there to come back clean!
Thanks, Keith. I was tryin to follow the line you suggested, but she just wouldn't listen. I felt it start to slide and said, "Awe hell, hang on Cheryl, we are goin in the hole!"
Its a bad feeling when you see it and can't do a dang thing about it. But your pics proved the tires were not cooperating.
I dunno what our faces were like, but a tape recorder alone would have captured enough humor. Let's just say there were a lot of un-family friendly phrases being tossed about outta my mouth.
There was an enormous crowd so no worries about having people to play for. Most bands split after performing for these types of shows because of the amount of musicians there and how much gear has to come/out.
I would be up for getting together next weekend to see your sexy new Jeep!
