trails in Va?

I have no idea where to take my wrangler. She saw some mountains and mud last night but I know I wasn't suppose to be there. Anywho I have been biten by the bug so now I need help with where I can go next in Va. Im in charlottesville so somewhere near there would be nice.

Google earth can be a help sometimes for trail hunting. Also you might want to check out what 4X4 clubs are in your area and see if there is a Jeep one that you could meet with to go wheeling.

Check out George Washington National Forest just go to there website and look for OHV trails!

bok just checked out your suggestion not sure if there trails are what im looking for. I need something after I do it i'm like wow I just did that.

Actually there are several places that you can go in the GW forest. There are also a couple of places local to you. Try Crozet Offroad park, and there is a campground in Crozet also called Misty Mountain, that has its own offroad track there. They teach offroading at that campground. These are all places that are within 20 minutes of you.

thats awesome medic. Ive been to misty mountain didn't know they had an offroad park is it always open? i know they have a jeep event but thats already came and gone.

There are some fun trails out at GW I haven't found any that are real Epic but they're long and rocky as hell and there are some pretty steep areas too. It's more slow paced than rompin around in mud and on dirt but it sure is fun! I prolly passed 5 or 6 fellow jeepers and they all had big smiles on there faces if that says anything!
