Any more word on people coming to this? I still don't know because I will be full time at school about an hour away from where I live/rausch. longer trip = more gas. Anyones welcome to come up to Rock Run in Patton PA and wheel anytime, I'm on their doorstep.

It'll be a good time to learn. We won't make you do anything you aren't comfortable with and I can give a 101 on what you'll need to know.

I've gotten some of the folks from MJC interested in coming up for that weekend. I'm going rain or shine and may even bring my doors with me

I just picked up my first Jeep this past Tuesday 2012 Gecko JK. I have a list of parts on their way can't wait for them to get here and start tearing the Jeep down and building it back up. I should have everything done by then and would love to join. will be my first time on the trail tho so you guys will have to take it easy on me.

Looks like that 72 Fest thing may fall through this year. If that's the case, I'll be there.

I ordered my RK 2.5 lift and I'll have wheels and tires by then. I'll be able to say FU blues! This time around

I'm going to have to back out. I can't wait until October so I'm going in September instead. After that trip, I'll get to work on mods for the spring so I'll be out of commission for a while.

It takes no time at all to get registered if the form is pre filled. Drop it off, give them your money, get to beating your ride up.

Do you have pics at Rock Run? It's closer to me than RC, but I don't know anyone who's been to Rock Run.

You can shoot me a link or something so we don't get this thread TOO far off topic. lol

So I've never been, and want to go one time before I plan my 6 hour guided tour with my son. If I go up w you fine jeepers for this weekend , what do I need to do?

I have minor mods, 33x15 DTs and a leveling kit and recovery gear. Am I out of my league? And is it cool if I go and watch and learn? I hate feeling like a rookie.

The good thing about rausch creek is they have bail outs if it gets to rough, you should be fine. The first time I went I was almost stock and had a good time on what I was able to do and watching is a good way to learn

i went back in july driving something that has no where near the off road capability of a wrangler. i was on 31 inch tires. i ran greens and blues all day. your JKU will eat up the trails there and keep asking for more.

wish i could go on this trip.

Looks like the film thing is getting cancelled. Problem is I don't know if I can have my lift on by then. I'll sure as hell try. I could sell my left nut and everything would be good at that point.

Just did RC this weekend, first time! My group said mainly greens with some blues. I did some blacks and reds in a stock TJ sport. All you need sometimes are good spotters. Nothing broke but I did end the day with a flat tire and I tattooed a lot of rocks with the bottom of my jeep. I hope to get back in a couple weeks!
