Golden, how important are the spare ujoints, shafts etc, if I'm only doing blues and greens. I run 31s, D35, 3.07, auto.

you'll be fine. I ran a locked d30 and d35 w/ 33s and beat the snot out of it and didn't break last year. That said, me and my buddies have spare U joints, and I am selling spare d30 shafts to kenny as well as bringing my own, and selling spare d35 shafts to steveo as well, so there will be spare parts floating around. If you break you will just have to buy them off of someone if you need em and we are all willing to help. We don't leave anyone on the trail. I have a spare tie rod too and so does my friend marc. I can't think of much one of us won't have. I was even thinking about bringing a stock DS but I think that is too much.

She's my DD so I will act accordingly, but I still want to have some fun.

Mine is as well. I work the 5 AM opener the next day at work too

I get a little stupid and a little ballsy at times. But we will all make sure we get out fine.

Lar I am picking up some d30 chromos tomorrow

So I have my shafts for spares and my other spares for Bear94 to swap into his YJ.

That's the way to do it!

I think I might have two friends coming btw. One will need an empty passenger seat somewhere.

These are just the stub axle. That's what most likely to brake.

So, I think the beer had a stuck fermentation. I fixed it last night. 12 gallons is fermenting in a giant blue malt extract container and is just about done. Well, it got unstuck on the way home in the back of the Jeep and the container that normally has a flat bottom was wobbling on the ground from the built up pressure that it gained in the three hours it was in the Jeep. Needless to say, I had to do some venting. It's back on track and should be ready Friday evening. I'm bottling two gallons for home use and kegging the other 10 for RC. Unfortunately, my girlfriend has to work and my two friends are ditching me, so I'll be flying solo this year. I almost debated not going, but then I'd have all this beer and no one to drink it.

I'd like to wait until the first wave clears out so there's not a lot of sitting and waiting involved like last time.
