Wheeling in the flat state

I was just wondering if there was anyone on the site out from Kansas and if so if they know of any good places to do some good wheeling in the flat state.....

There is a great link I found in the other parts of the forums to this:
Off Road Lands - Parks and Trails by Location

that is a link to the Kansas part, but it is a great list for the whole country. Any of the places with a dark red square on the left side are places you can Jeep in.

Good luck finding a place!

Tuttle Creek ORV Park - near Randolph, KS......about 25 minutes from Manhattan.

Kansas Rocks - down in the southeastern corner of the state, near Fort Scott.

I haven't been to Kansas Rocks yet, but I've been to Tuttle Creek ORV Park a bunch of times. It's a great place to wheel, with trails for everyone. It's got everything you could want, from hill climbs to mud to rock gardens, whatever you're into wheeling. Stock vehicles to full custom buggies will be out there every weekend. The only thing I don't like about it is that there isn't any camping out there. Bummer. However, you can camp in the state park in Manhattan.

I can give you directions to Tuttle Creek ORV Park if you need them. You'll have to Google Kansas Rocks to get directions there. I've got a buddy that wheels there on a regular basis and he has nothing but great things to say about it. I need to get down there.........
