Arizona Lake Pleasant to Hassayampa River Wickenburg

Lake Pleasant to Hassayampa River Bed
4-23-2011
We got an early start at 6am and finished the ride into Wickenburg by 2pm. The weather was great as the hot spell broke and ended up being cloudy and cool. This route is a favorite of mine as it has a little of something for everyone to see. From the view of the lake to the old mines areas and the water flow in the Hassayampa canyon. Not a pin stripe trail. Hardly any brush to catch. I've seen allot worst and this trail was good for none. No off camber situations, but some parts of the trail are narrow and for Jeeps it's not a problem.
Check out the pics at the link below.

Just got back from AZ and I tell you that is one beautiful state. Went from phoenix up to flagstaff, meteor crater, sedona. jerome, prescott, natural stone bridge park, desert, winding mountain roads, cool temp high elevations, scenic views ect. but had to rent a buick enclave.
