Great time! Nice to get out there before it starts getting super hot, too.

Brandon usually takes about a week or so to get all his video edited, but will concentrate on the stuff we actually pay him for (in other words, me looking pretty in the Jeep with the new Trektop NX).

But he has some great footage of trail stuff, and I'll share it as soon as possible.

It was great to meet you, and do some trail riding with you Geoff. Looking forward to the pics and video. Hope we can do it again.

Sure! Because there's nothing I like better than explaining to my boss why some stranger was driving the company Jeeps.

I would have loved to let you (or Keenan!) drive some more. It was just tough -- I don't know how well strangers will do, and some of those trails seem like a really bad place to find out that someone is a scary-ass driver. Or insane, or immature, or whatever. And the paperwork if you roll down a cliff and kill yourself is horrendous. The insurance lady gets all mad at me, the boss is all upset about blood in the Jeep....it's a big hassle.

That is why you should line the tub. Makes blood clean up very easy.

Is there a back story to this? Does it involve dead hookers in Reno?

Sorry Geoff. No dead hookers in Reno.

Dead animals in Iowa.
I own a gun and taxidermy shop.

Hookers would make a much better story.

A co-worker of my wife's was out there that same weekend. and someone in his group tipped over at the Devil's Crack on Moab rim.

If you're unfamiliar, let me explain: This trail goes right up the ledge above the river. And there is a corner that makes an off-camber (leans the wrong way), big rock climb. The drop is -very- close. This is one of the least-desirable places in all of Moab to roll.

From the video, it looks like his soft top is hanging out over the Colorado River, about 150 feet below.

I've offered him a good deal on new seat covers. I think he might need them.

Y'all did tell him it's not really supposed to do that right?

Tell him when you say bump it he's supposed to use the pedal on the right.
