First time getting Sand on the Wheels!

On the way along the coast in Louisiana Friday I FINALLY got to play on the beach for a short bit. We live in Missouri, but went to New Orleans and then over to family in Houston. We took 82 along the coast from New Orleans instead of I-10 and it was well worth it. Almost no traffic and only added an hour and a half to the drive. I spotted a vehicle friendly beach on the way and off we went



Lovely trip so far. On to San Antonio tomorrow (been in Houston, well Spring TX, for two days now) and then back home

and seriously thought about stopping off here for a bit, but the kids vetoed that one:

I live in the area between baton rouge and new Orleans and I just took my jeep in the sand for the first time a couple days ago. I loved the way it handled ! Thanks for visiting la and I like ur jeep!
