Getting Creative in Central TX

This is the second weekend that I have had my jeep and we are severely lacking in epic trails here in central Texas. My son and I decided to get out and find somewhere to leave the pavement. We ended up where county road 202 dead ends into the San Gabreial River. Its not Colorado but its what we have.

Nothing great here in the Waco area. Found a nice spot near South Bosque River between Hewitt and Lorena I used to fish at with my father as a kid. Now I take my son!
