Jamboree at Borrego Springs

Anyone have any info or at least pics of the Borrego Springs, CA area? The Jeep Jamboree will be there in October and I'm thinking about giving it a try. It's about a 5 hour drive from my location so I don't have an opportunity to check out the area ahead of time.
