Jeep Wrangler vs 2 Nissan Patrols in Australia

Had a nice trip to Glass House Mountains with an 5 hour recovery, not so happy end ^^

Cool video. If you have to use a snatch strap like that again, you may want to turn around though. Jerking it in reverse puts ALOT of stress on the "sloped" side of the ring/pinion teeth. They mesh better when pulling forward.

i would have taken the jeep to the other side and yanked him forward thru it, once he got that stuck in reverse.

Yeah I would, if I would have recovery points in the back ^^ AEV Rear Bar is coming soon, then I can And I need a winch, don't like snatching

Yeah thats what I suggested at the beginning. The other ways up there are even harder, but I think I would make it. But my mate with the patrol didn't want to, cause he was suddenly afraid from whats coming next.

After we winched him back, it was to late to strap him from the front, cause the snatch strap was not long enough. And the patrol with the winch would never get up there. I even had to tow him up the small hill (where he came down to winch at 10:26) on the way back, unfortunately battery in the cam was flat.
