Getting winched up a Dune at Sandlake

Just about to the top

and going down a Trail by Browns Camp in TSF

Little did I know we were tooling around on "Moderate" level trails LOL did I mention this was my FIRST time wheeling lol that includes even going out with someone else driving their rig

I can't say we took on those kinds of trails and towing adventure.. a bit to strenuous for us older folks.. But I get the jest of the post.. and Yes it was very exciting for us to take on our first trial several years ago. Just driving through the West virginia Gorge was very exciting.. and I wish I could have had the camera set up or even took pics.. I can't drive and take pics at the same time.. and wife isn't willing to touch my camera.. grr she just makes it hard for me sometimes, especially that I'm a blogger and I need the pics..

The dunes actually weren't that difficult, the spot I had to get winched up was more for a safety thing lol.. I made it bout 3/4 the way up but when backing back down the sand bowl by the tree was trying to pull me in even when tried going up again was just going sideways towards the tree lol. Other than that it was a pretty relaxing day

Nice pics. I always wanted to take my quads up there, but they are no more. Guess I need to make a Jeep Trip up there now.
